A World War II veteran kicked off his 103rd yr of life at a Pennsylvania restaurant crammed with household and neighbors.
Lt. Ralph Perkner, who served within the Navy throughout World War II and the Korean War, was celebrated at Mission Barbecue in Springfield on Sunday, FOX 29 Philadelphia reported.

When FOX 29 requested the World War II vet about his secret to his longevity, the proud father credited his daughters.
“It’s the ladies that makes me stronger,” Perkner mentioned.

During Perkner’s a hundredth birthday celebration in 2021, his son-in-law, Tom Murray, informed CBS that Perkner is a “remarkable, remarkable man.”
“I hope if I get as previous as he’s, I’m half pretty much as good as he’s,” Murray mentioned.
