Gogglebox star George Gilbey flicked his shoe into his stepfather’s food in a second from the present that has resurfaced following the information of his dying aged 40.
In an announcement, Channel 4 stated: “George was part of the Gogglebox family for eight series alongside his mum Linda and step-dad Pete. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Linda, and George’s family and friends at this very sad time. The family have asked for privacy.”
News of Gilbey’s dying was first shared by TV persona Ricci Guarnaccio, who appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2014 alongside him.
