A person in Cookham, Berkshire has been filmed wakeboarding through flood water after latest heavy rainfall prompted river ranges to rise.
There have been 24 flood warnings and 30 flood alerts issued throughout the county.
The Environment Agency says greater than 1,800 properties throughout England have been flooded and that extra rain is probably going over the approaching days.
