Borrello mentioned he’s strongly opposing the invoice and that the state ought to prioritize different laws over giving out cash to inmates being launched.

The Center for Community Alternatives’ Ismael Diaz Jr., who has beforehand spent a while in prison, says that $40 doesn’t do sufficient to assist former inmates reintegrate into society.
