Harris responded to the controversy earlier Wednesday, observing that Biden had “clarified his comments.”
“I strongly disagree with any criticism of people based on who they vote for,” Harris mentioned. “You heard me last night and continuously throughout my career. I believe that the work that I do is about representing all the people, whether they support me or not.”
Harris added that Biden had referred to as her Tuesday evening after the occasion, however she mentioned they didn’t focus on his “garbage” remark.
