Serial killer Lucy Letby’s bid to appeal her newest conviction for the tried homicide of a child lady has been dismissed by the Court of Appeal.

Letby’s attorneys requested senior judges for approval to appeal against her most up-to-date conviction, which adopted a retrial in July for a cost of trying to kill a new child often called Child Ok.

Letby, 34, had already been convicted of murdering seven infants and the tried homicide of six others on the Countess of Chester Hospital between June 2015 and June 2016.

Her attorneys had argued that her re-trial was unfair as a result of the jury have been prejudiced by the media protection from the unique trial – which resulted in August 2023.
