Police retrieved a giant raccoon that turned stuck after breaking into an Indianapolis home, newly-released bodycam footage from 9 January exhibits.
The masked bandit had damaged into the premises within the early hours, waking the proprietor up with the noise of its intrusion.
It left a path of destruction within the home earlier than getting stuck on prime of a fridge.
Police finally captured and launched the animal.
“IMPD officers are trained to interrupt and detain burglary suspects; however, these officers came into contact with a masked bandit… that was just looking to get warm, and maybe find some snacks,” Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department stated.
