Faryal Makhdoom has claimed she wasdropped from Celebrity Big Brother, 10 days before the launch episode.

The content creator and wife of former boxing star Amir Khan shared a video to fans last month, in which she declared that she had been recruited for the forthcoming season of the reality show for its first run on ITV2.

However, Makhdoom alleged that she had been let go by producers due to her avid support of Palestine on her social media platforms.

Fern Britton, who hosted This Morning from 1999 to 2009, is said to be one of the Celebrity Big Brother housemates.

Britton presented the daytime series alongside Phillip Schofield, who dramatically quit the series in May 2023 after admitting to lying about an affair with a younger male colleague.

According to sources, she will be candid about her time working with Schofield, whom she has feuded with intermitttently over the last decade.

While ITV has stated that any rumoured names are merely hypothesis at this level, Goldsmith has reportedly been seen within the hotel the place the celebrities are staying and was pictured arriving at ITV studios in London.
