Adult human bones found in grizzly discovery near Birmingham Airport

Human bones have been found by a member of the general public in a grizzly discovery near Birmingham airport.

Police stated the stays, belonging to an grownup, have been found on land near Digby Drive, Marston Green, at round 5.30pm on Saturday.

The Solihull department of West Midlands Police stated an investigation has been launched and enquiries stay ongoing to establish the deceased.

“This will include specialist forensic tests which will take some time,” the pressure stated.

Digby Drive is a residential avenue positioned only a 10-minute drive away from Birmingham Airport.

Solihull Police stated in an announcement: “We were called to land off Digby Drive, Marston Green, at around 5.30pm yesterday after a member of the public discovered bones.

“They are those of an adult, and enquires continue to identify the deceased.

“This will include specialist forensic tests which will take some time.”

It shouldn’t be the primary time human bones have been found near the airport in Birmingham.

In November 2020 police found stays simply off Old Damson Lane, near a Jaguar Land Rover plant, the place officers had beforehand looked for lacking boys David Spencer and Patrick Warren.

At the time police suspected former Shropshire agricultural employee and convicted little one killer Brian Field of getting kidnapped the kids.

But West Midlands Police stated there was no proof to hyperlink the stays to the lacking pair.

David and Patrick have been 11 and 13 respectively after they disappeared from their properties in Chelmsley Wood on Boxing Day 1996.
