FIRST ON FOX: Energy watchdog group Power The Future (PTF) filed a federal freedom of data lawsuit towards the Biden administration Tuesday, alleging it has did not disclose Special Envoy for Climate (SPEC) John Kerry’s taxpayer-funded workers.
