Jon Bon Jovi is celebrating a significant career milestone.
The legendary rock musician was honored because the MusiCares Person of the Year for his excellent achievements in the music trade and philanthropic efforts on Friday evening.
“I’m obviously humbled just to be here and most proud of our being here 40 years on . . . still about to release our 18th album,” he shared. “We’re very excited about that. The documentary, everything to celebrate this 40th.”

The “Livin’ on a Prayer” singer referred to his upcoming four-part docuseries, “Thank You Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story,” scheduled to premiere in April.

Bon Jovi continued to say what he was trying ahead to the most throughout the famed music occasion held on the Los Angeles Convention Center.
“To be able to see all these great artists who are going to be performing our songs tonight. My idols and my idols’ idols will be sitting at my table. I mean, it’s beyond words.”
During the MusiCares occasion, the music icon carried out with pricey buddy and fellow New Jersey native Bruce Springsteen to the track “Who Says You Can’t Go Home.”
