London Underground staff are set to stage a collection of strikes subsequent week in a dispute over pay, sparking a main headache for commuters into the capital.

Members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport union (RMT) voted overwhelmingly to take industrial motion over a 5% pay provide.

On Sunday (7 January) companies will cease early, with little or no service throughout the whole Tube community from Monday to Thursday. Service is anticipated to resume late on Friday morning.
